1-Can i get a pokemon from X/Y?
No, you can't only pokémon from 5gen/4gen etc (B/W/B2/W2) Can be generated

2-Can you generate a pokemon for me with this moves.............?
Yes i can, be sure to check if the pokemon you want can learn the moves you want also Moves from other region can't be as born on 5gen
Example a Dunsparce with roost as egg move or tutor can't be put as born on Unova/Teselia , so tell me if its a move from other region example roost on a dunsparce is from kanto (not sure ._. I don't want to research but i passed a kanto dunsparce with roost and earthquake to 6gen)

3-Can you do some shiny for me?
Yes, except shiny locked legendary (Arceus , Meloetta , Keldeo,Victini,Reshiram,Zekrom) Yes Darkrai and Shaymin are not shiny locked

4-Can you generate a 'mon for me in a specific ball?
Yes but only balls that you can use legal and not hacked , Example Cherish Ball or apricorn balls on 5gen 4gen (D/P/platinum
