I used to run it, was great for switching in on scalds fucking up Slowbro and tricking Greninjas back in early xy, dunno how it does in the new meta. But yeah dry skin is good for more than just rain and Thunder.

Heliolisk under rain is really great. Give it an air balloon with Mega Swampert for Maximum Fire Power.

Also don't use Electrify. Unless you got some crazy doubles strategy with a ground type/volt absorber and mad prediction skills.
