Sadly it has basically no viability.

best I can do. Try to come in on a special attack or some kind thing that usually can only spread status or support and ruse them with the sub. From there you can either try to boost or give them a brutal focus punch from a staggering 185 atk stat. If you feel that this is insufficent you can always just go for a single PuP and baton pass the free atk boost and possible sub to a worthy teammate.

Also considered were ominous wind/silver wind with dual screens, but it still sucks.

i play a lot of FU and its not even viable there. hell if they made another tier below FU, Ledian still probably wouldnt be viable there either. that's how bad it is. only a mega can potentially save it.

Froslass is typically Timid with a sash. Put down a lawyer of spikes, get knocked down to 1HP, use Destiny Bond and take the fucker down with you.

Ledian can't be saved. Its typing and stats are too crap. Dual screens and baton LOOKS like the best bet, but other pokemon do it better.

Frosslass: usually suicide spiker. Or, if you want to be That Guy, give it brightpowder, pair it with Abomasnow, and make sure it has Snow Cloak. Your opponent will be at 60% accuracy off the bat. You may not be able to use it on Smogon, but you can irritate the hell out of people in Battle Spot.

Not really doable. I love Ledian too, but it's pretty garbage.

A Mega MIGHT save it (maybe with a Megazord sorta motif to go along with its general Super Sentai look), but only if it was seriously min-maxed. I'm talking "+50 Attack, +50 Speed, Huge Power" levels of min-maxery. It could work as a frail, speedy, punching bug of death.
