Good in conjunction with other gimicks (hail, boost item setups, etc.). Alone you run the risk of being taunted and your strategy shuts down. Also always keep a fast poke for cleanup after TR wares off.

It's so easy to avoid Taunt, it's usually the last of my probelms when I want to set up TR.
Mental Herb, Mental Herb + Disable, Magic Bounce, Protect, Talonflame and anti-leads make everything so easy.
