The pokemon I like tend to be weaker so I play in tiers where they don't get dominated by powerhouses, though I can choose to play them in a higher tier if I want a challenge. I'm glad smogon gives me that option.

I nominate mega slowbro.
That creature has the defense of a deoxys-d and has calm mind to boost its special attack and defense, can recover with slack off and can shut down physical attackers with scald. It can also use trick room to put its slowness to good use and outspeed any grass or electric type that may take it out.
Magnezone and thundurus keep him in check, but If gen 7 ever buffs this thing we're in for another greninja episode.
Also what about Mega sableye?

In all seriousness I agree with the idea of Pokemon tiers but believe Smogon gets kind of retarded about it. The whole structure needs a good hard look at. Move some stuff around. Re-test, like, everything, because Smogon's system of banning means that when Pokemon A gets banned, it can no longer counter/check Pokemon B, and now that Pokemon B doesn't fear Pokemon A it's suddenly a lot better to the point where Pokemon B gets banned as well, so Pokemon C isn't checked/countered anymore, etc. etc. etc.

Maybe it's because of their focus on the singles metagame, but, Smogon tends to develop extreme tunnel vision when doling out bans. There needs to be a better understanding of how bans can impact the meta and viability. Stuff that they banned in the first days of Gen VI should get another look, now that it's evolved so much.

The best Pokemon in OU are mlopunny, mmetagross, msableye and landorus T.

MegaSlowbro suffers from powerful special attacks and the meta can deal with it. It will get better with the loss of greninja. But mega sableye does the same thing but better cause of magic bounce

Mmm it doesn't really work like that. If it did, then you might be on to something though. The idea is that if you have a mon with a pick/win rate that is orders of magnitudes higher than everything else and it's difficult to invest enough resources to stop it without crippling your team to nearly everything else then a suspect test is very much needed.
People complain about smogon for this but many other (competitive) games do this as well. Take League of Legends or Dota 2 for example. Massive playerbases with a ton of people working on balance (inb4 hurr durr riot or volvo doesn't do shit). Typically, characters in that game are "suspect tested" when their win-rate becomes significantly higher than other champs as well as a long enough time for pros to find (or not find) counters for them. If both of those conditions are filled then it's likely the character gets nerfed. This is of course simplifying the process quite a bit but it's the general idea. I've played both games at a high level for a few years now and coming into the pokemon scene (which I'm admittedly new at), it definitely seems like people just want to hate smogon for ruining their fun stomping people with broken shit.
