Didn't bother with attack because its movepool is too shitty anyways. A little bit less terrible bulk to help its BP gimmick.

Attack on Umbreon for sweet sweet Payback
HP on Jolteon so it can survive something at least
HP on Espeon so it survives some U-turns
HP on Leafeon so it can SD safely
Speed on Glaceon so it can use sticky web support and actually hit something for a change
Vaporeon could use the extra speed as well.

I think Game Freak wants everyone to use Nidoking as a physical or mixed attacker.

Sadly Sheer Force is one of those abilities that is mostly given to physical attackers but is so much better with special moves (ignoring stupidly powerful shit like Flare Blitz)

Pokemon with less than 60 hp and above average defenses benefit greatly from hp, barring a reliance on lifedrain or pain split shenanigans (Shuckle, most rock types in general)
Speed lower than 101 because muh speed tiers

Attack and defense all boils down to beating meta specific threats, the one that I can think of off the top of my head is Talonflame, which goes from a good lategame sweeper to a crazy glass cannon by being able to 2hko some of its counters when banded

43/30/55/40/65/97 -> 73/30/75/90/75/107, now Water / Fairy with Serene Grace or Pixilate, can now learn Quiver Dance, Moonblast, Grass Knot, Hyper Voice, Psychic

That's more than 100 BST, but at least it's actually now usable, right? It wouldn't be OU good, but it'd fix most of its problems
