I absolutely love Pikachu Libre, so much that I built a semi-gag team of fighter types around her.

The problem lies in Pikachu Libre herself though.
Physical pikachus usually rely on volt tackle and egg moves - which a cosplay pikachu can't get because no breeding, not to mention Flying Press isn't that great compared to Meteor Mash.

Does anyone have any suggestion to make a Pikachu Libre SOMEWHAT efficient?
