What are some character ideas that you'd like filling standard Pokemon roles in future games?

I'd like to see a Champion who is a selfish dickhat because he's been Champion for so long that nobody is good enough to stand up to him. He just goes around doing whatever the fuck he wants and bullies people, and is just an asshole in general until you kick his ass. Then he goes off to sulk somewhere and learns true friendship or whatever the fuck.

I also want the MC's mom to be the villainous leader at some point.
