What would it be based on?
What stats, typing abilities and movepool would it have?
Hard mode: Have a BST of 510 or below, with the lower offense being at least 60% of the higher one.
Really hard mode: Do not make it directly outclass another Pokémon. Give it a niche.

I did a set of starters a few months ago out of boredom and autism. Basically a set where each starter gained the type they were weak to. I tried to make them unique and usable.

Basically a go-hard-or-go-home mixed glass cannon. STAB boltbeam coverage means it wrecks shit hard. Also gets rekt in return though so needs team support totals out priority users and shit

Movepool;
It gets bulk up, home claws and calm mind, but no nasty plot or swords dance. It has a pretty massive move pool, but no access to recovery moves outside of rest. It also gets extremespeed and ice shard, just to play around those shit defences.

I want an electric type pokemon that can actually use physical electric type moves. Let's make it fighting type too so that we can have a Electric/Fighting type pokemon.

The pokemon's theme can be that of an energetic fighter. Breakdancer perhaps?

Adaptability is there to make up for the usual electric type physical attacks being weak, so that this guy can use physical electric moves to their fullest. The special attack is slightly lower so that it can't go full retard with Adaptability Thunderbolts, Thunders and Focus Blasts. The option is still there for a mixed attacker however.

Adaptability is also its HA so that it doesn't become a main game sweeper right off the bat.

It's a frail, so it can't take strong hits (especially from Earthquakes and Psychics), and it's easy for Ground type and Ghost type pokemon to switch into its adaptability-boosted attacks. Golurk would probably be a hard counter.

Learns Wild Charge, of course. Can't have a physical electric attacker without Wild Charge. Not sure if I'd want this guy to have Close Combat though. That could become overpowered real fast.

It would probably kind of suck since it suffers from Hoenn "slow mixed attacker with crappy defenses" syndrome, but chlorophyll is supposed to help with that, hopefully. With any luck, it will be like Camerupt and Eelektross in that it has a niche, it just is still kind of average.

You're not understanding what I'm trying to say.

The types RESIST each other and are super effective against their counter parts. Dark throws that out of the loop by being IMMUNE to Psychic damage. It does not RESIST Psychic just like the rest of the types in the chain.
