I can accept that I can't use the little guy in any form of competitive play or post-game that locks out legends, that's understandable.
I can accept that it doesn't get to evolve and is just a weaker, worse Manaphy, okay.
I can accept that everyone doesn't care about the little guy because of the fact it's a weaker, worse Manaphy and Manaphy itself is relatively rarely mentioned anyway thanks to its few releases.
But because it can't evolve it can't even use the fucking Eviolite that might give it somewhat of a niche among Hydration users. Fucking hell.
