Stealth Rock is now layered like spikes. As in it still has the same damage calculation for weaknesses and resistances but it takes 3 layers of Stealth Rock to do it's current damage output, 1 layer would do half, and 2 would do three quarters.
Ice types now gets a 50% SpDef boost in Hail like Sandstorm does with Rock types.
the abilities, Torrent, Blaze, Overgrow and Swarm, now constantly boost their respective type moves unless suppressed in some way but the boost is reduced from 50% to 30%.
Scald's burn chance is reduced to 20%.
All recoil moves now have 50% percent recoil damage.
Thief now gets a 50% damage boost when stealing an item, like Knock Off does when removing an item.
Tailwind now lasts for 5 turns.
How do these sound?
