So, I've seen a lot about these "IVs".
What are they and how can I check them on OR/AS?
Would perfect 6 IVs be easily shown on a lv 1 pokemon without going to an NPC?

They're "bonus" (aka if you don't have the max values unless you use Hidden Power or Trick Room your pokémon is shit) stats.

IVs are the genes of your Pokemon. They tell you how good or bad they are, 0 being the worst and 31 the best. Most of the time you want your Pokemon to have 31 IVs in five stats, except for the least important one. The only exceptions are when you are trying to hit a hidden power stat or for trick room, in which case you want the IVs to be 0 in speed.
