Run 252/Timid Primal Kyogre and you can beat anything that isn't the Rock Polish set if he doesn't switch out, since that's the only set that would even think of running 252/Jolly. And that set doesn't hit nearly strong enough so you can just beat it with Giratina or Lugia spamming Toxic and recovering

Using that knowledge, you could also use 252/Timid Kyogre as a revenge killer since anything that isn't the Rock Polish set won't be able to outspeed you without full investment, and it still needs to run special defense otherwise it loses to gaydeer.

Most sets are going to be running Max special defense investment so they can beat Xerneas, the only other thing standing in the way of Groudon being the king of Ubers.

Doesn't help that Groudon is the only decent Xerneas counter if you don't want to use shit like Iron Head Ho-Oh.

122 base special attack was the highest I could find on a grass type since showdown doesn't have Sceptile and the other two 120 base special attackers don't even run offensive items.

Though I'm retarded because I didn't even set Primal Groudon to its proper type in that set.

Several pokemon learn Earth Power. Most will 2ko, Ground types like Landorus can Ohko every time. Arceus-Ground can survive every unboosted move it can throw and Recover it off or Judgement. Strong special attackers like the Latis and Mewtwo can dent with their own attacks. Giratina-O can also cause decent damage while being immune to Ground and resisting Fire. It's weak to itself. Primal Kyogre can chase it out if it can come in safely.

As far as I know, Solrock is the only pokemon who is able to counter Groudon-P's popular sets. It also deals with Ho-oH.

Roserade Base Speed is 90, the same as Groudon, in worst case scenario it comes to a speed tie.
why even explain why obama, slow as fuck, it's not a good option against a fire pokemon
