I absolutely cannot reliably battle with him though because I'm terrible and need to learn when/where to use him. Just perfectly EV trained a shiny Jolly one and I'm determined to make up for his lowered SpA by somehow taking advantage of his upped speed, but I'm terrible and have no ideas.
