Hey /vp/, i was browsing channels this morning and CN was showing the first ep(idk) of the new series.

Ash did the usual introduction that he has pocketed for professors, "Hi I'm Ash, and this is my partner Pikachu...."

Now I was watching Pokemon on and off over the long cat years it's been in existence, but now that I'm older and watching the series with new eyes; some thought popped in my head....

Ash is gay and he has sex with Pikachu, isn't that how gay couples introduce their significant other?
They don't say "this is my man" or "this is my woman" they say "this is my partner".....

Has anyone ever thought of this since our Lord and Savior Moot annexed this board from /v/?

I visited this board 3 times since it was made and this is my third, So I don't know if it was discussed before.
I spend my days sipping wine and reading a deep book by a warm comfortable fire, not watching pokemon.
