With Amiibo officially coming to 3DS in less than a month, how will Game Freak fuck it up/fuck us over? How can/will it be used?

They'll only make amiibo that are usable in other games like Smash Bros. So I'd expect they'll have a simple use-amiibo-get-in-game-pokemon thing.

I want Pokemon Skylanders. It was destined to happen. It'll be like Rumble with accurate models, then we can mystery gift the pokes into Pokemon Z2...but only once because thats how it is.

what if instead of every pokemon having its own amiibo, the whole line gets a single amiibo and you can unplug each of them to customize which ones you want on there?

You can play through the entire game with the starter champions. There are sidequests that require champions of a certain element, but they never force you to buy more content.

It would be objectively better than Infinity if they didn't release a new game every six months. At least you can get the out of date version for pocket change.

Pokémon with their Smash Bros moves. Shame none of them know a move they can't learn normally in the game (unless you count Thunder Jolt).
