I'm a Gen 2 fag, but BW2, because it had more Pokemon choices before beating the E4, and adding new towns, cities and things like PWT make it better than any other Pokemon game. HGSS come second, followed closely by Platinum and Emerald.

HG/SS overall because B/W2 Story was just plain silly although it implemented some great features that I didn't get to take advantage of due to it being obselete with Wi-Fi being kill and nobody to streetpass.

Both are truly the best games from the DS era, but if I really had to choose, I'd say BW2 because of the amazing amount of pokémon available AND because 5th Gen pokémon has many many favorites of mine I just cannot live without now.

HGSS was a terrible game. The game was ruined by the shitty scaling. It's one bad thing but it affects the WHOLE game. It completely ruined the game and people here act like it's one of the best pokemon games when it doesn't even come close to BW2.

BW2 was ten times better than BW, but HGSS was better inmy opinion, and that is not including the added facilities and mechanics. Gen V altogether had a shit setting, story, and evil team.

Most of the Gen V pokes were spot on though.
