The only things that fit that range are base 59+ which ties with 252+ if maxed and base 57+, which loses to 232+
So basically the only things you don't outrun scarfed at 232 compared to 252 is base 58 with a scarf, which would be like Scarf Rampardos, Pandora, Aurorus and +1 Scrafty
If you're playing OU, all those things are terrible and not worth the investment that 7 extra special defense could offer to survive
