>>22558698There was one of those "ideas for gen6" threads a while back that had the idea of Delta Species for pokemon not viable for Megas. A Delta Species was basically a recolor, and extra ability with the ability they have now, +50 BS and sometimes a type change.
It would mean there wouldn't be a glut of Megas, as well as being able to have a Mega and a Delta on the same team. With the right typing and added ability, lots of shitmons could easily rise in usage.
