If you run 252+ Atk, it reaches 426, the equivalent to a fully invested base 144 physical attacker. You don't even need to invest in Sp.Atk since it reaches 331 if Adamant (equivalent to someone with base 166 with negative nature and no investment) and 368 if Brave.

Oh, and you don't even need Tbolt since it has Charge Beam. It's worth it:
