>>22569464>>22569487That's not really a fair comparison, given that Rayquaza is a mandatory capture in ORAS; if we were to compare some other Pokémon, there would not be so much of a difference.
Either way, I don't see why these slightly increased capture rates are a bad thing, since all they result in is less time spent battling with the RNG and therefore more time to spend battling with Pokémon, and aren't increased so much that they make themselves pointless.
