A random Anon becomes Champ aka Showtan and us spectators pick Champ's Pokemon and we watch Showtan take down the OU or AG ladder. If Showtan wants a new team of mememon's, the first 6 anons who reply to her with a Pokemon to use will be used on his or her team, if Showtan quits, the first anon who replys to her post becomes new Champ / Showtan.
