If every pokemon had the same base stats with the same distribution say maybe 600 with 100 in each area, which pokemon do you think would be the best?

It has every TM that doesn't require arms, while also having the ability to be any type. It would just be to fill the last 4 slots after Smeargle and Shedinja.

NFE's would be great walls, too. Due to Eviolite.
