On the topic of Pokephillia though, assuming you believe Gardevoir can communicate in English via one way or another and is able to properly give consent, could it really be considered illegal? Sure, you wouldn't be allowed to fuck something that can't communicate and consent, but what about the smarter Pokemon that can?
