Grass/Dragon is pretty good, fast as hell and can't be paralyzed.

Blaziken is good too.

It'd be better if regular Swampert had Drizzle as it's HA and then got Swift Swim.

Everything but swampert. It just needed 10 ore attack and 10 more speed than it got, then it would be top-tier rain sweeper.
As it stands, it's best use is AAA, where I can run drizzle base form.

If infinite Sand makes a comeback, it should be on a Rock-type. Like a retconned Mega Tyranitar.
Because Sandstorm is a Rock-type move with special benefits for Rock-type Pokemon and causes Weather Ball to deal Rock-type damage.
And Mega Tyranitar has seven weaknesses, no recovery or priority, less-than stellar STABs, and a shit Speed tier for a Dragon Dancer.
