Assurance is "Dameoshi", which in every dictionary I've checked is "Make doubly sure", for which I have no idea how is a dirty fighting move
Embargo is "Sashiosaze" which is a seizure, in the foreclosure sense, though honestly what it does, "Embargo" works better than "Confiscation"
And sucker punch is "fuiuchi", which just means surprise attack, thus explaining why things without hands can use it, and why it doesn't get boosted by iron fist or whatever
