If you're not a big Hoenn fan and already have XY, don't bother. The Megas aren't worth it, shit like Dexnav is cool but not worth getting attached to, and there's no postgame.

BW2 are even better than BW in my opinion, though some will disagree. The PWT is awesome.
XY, bleh. The Kalos Dex is nice but the game is easy mode in a series of incredibly easy games, the region and most characters are forgettable, and the rivals (there are four of them) are the worst the series has ever had. Team Flare is kind of cool, but honestly, if you really want to experience Kalos, wait for Z, or XY2, or whatever.
ORAS is heavily contested. It's definitely better than XY but that's not saying much; Emerald has better postgame, and ORAS suffers a bit from the casualization the series has gradually gotten (easier difficulty, more handouts including just flat-out giving you Lati@s, a clingier rival who will sometimes offer to teleport you to wherever you need to go instead of just letting you go there, etc.). The music is hit-and-miss in their rearrangements, Delta episode is cool but it's really just an extension of the postgame, like I said, some people love ORAS and some hate it.
