>>22590080Technically sorta accurate though. Breloom and Heracross are severely suffering due to burd weakness.
Half the ones on that list are only used in a non-4x weakness way though. M-Altaria doesn't have any 4x weaknesses, neither does Charizard X, M-Gyarados, and Multiscale Dragonite. Pinsir's 4x is Rock, which it doesn't have switching in pre-mega, which is the only time a 4x rock weakness would be relevant.
Then some of those just have 4x weaknesses that aren't exploitable. Aside from Stealth Rocks, there aren't any good Rock types who can take down Talonflame who aren't named Tyranitar, which is weak to U-Turn anyway. Scizor and Ferrothorn are only weak to fire, which there is no priority move of, and the strongest commonly carried fire move is 85% accuracy.
Most of those Pokemon are good because they're actively avoiding those 4x weakness types. A lot of the time when the ">X dies to Y weakness" debates go on, it's because it's a situation where the typing is commonly used offensively and the Pokemon in question can't avoid or use a moveslot to check the only good Pokemon of that type or anything like that.
