Reflect Type
Shit distribution, but not shit enough to be a signature move.
Useless, but not "completely" useless or hindering.
Not extremely new, nor old

It's one of those moves that are bad and never seen in-game or competitive, but it is not so bad that it has become infamous for being bad.

Reflect Type is the most forgettable move.

I've used Parting Shot on Dark Void Smeargle in doubles. More useful on it than U-Turn.
The terrain moves are frustrating. They seem like there should be some use for them but I can't work one out.

I use Parting Shot on Smeargle as well.

A move that I know most people recall but I personally always forget the effects of is Rolling kick. I have raised only one hitmonlee and never recall what the move does.

I found Fairy lock to be rather handy as the last move you used before you get KOed. It prevents the next turns switch so you can put in your counter and they cannot run.

Grassy Terrain is useful for Doubles and Triples Sun Teams. It weakens Earthquake for Fire types(and Heliolisk) and boost Grass attacks for STAB users and Fire types that use Solarbeam for coverage(and Grass Knot Heliolisk if were stretching it).
