Honestly, most of the things in C-Rank are fair enough, I'm just confused at who the fuck voted to put Raikou two whole tiers above Mega Manectric.
I don't understand their criteria for which Pokémon are considered either. They have Doublade and Yanmega on there, which are undeniably shit in doubles, yet Moltres and Nidoqueen, both of which where on multiple teams at VGC Worlds, aren't even ranked?
