Sure, on a trick room team. Nigga's slow. Also, he doesn't have any specifically good doubles moves, like wide guard or heal pulse or some shit, but give it protect + 3 attacks with, say, some safety goggles, and you have yourself a killer. Trick room or priority paralysis support is generally needed. Or tailwind.
