To fix the metagame, I propose an immediate No Hax clause. Every five turns all play must stop, so both players can use Lucky Chant. Failure to use Lucky Chant as the starting move, or attacking a player who is on a Lucky Chant turn will be an automatic loss.

After this immediate emergency fix to the metagame, I propose a meeting of elite trainers to create fixed teams for all tiers. This will allow all players to use the same 6 Pokemon and not have to worry about hax in any of its forms, including type mismatches! It's not fair when I bring a Grass Pokemon and my opponent has a Fire Pokemon, the battle isn't balanced!

Moves that can miss, lower accuracy, possibly cause any secondary effect, hit multiple times or have various ways of occurring should be banned to prevent hax.

I believe this will be the fulfillment of the promise of modern metagame fixes.
