The IVs in defense are enough to survive 2 choice banded zen headbutts from mega mewtwo x (one of the most powerful unboosted neutral attacks on mega altaria) and survives the 2hko from head smash adamant aerodactyl 3 times out of 4, the rest are put in special defense to survive psycho boosts from deoxys A and mewtwo Y (though SHE is no threat for the latter).
Leech seed is there for shedinja and cheap recovery, baton pass is for momentum and works well with quiver dance.
She's gimmicky, but what isn't in this meta?
