>>22594153Based on that promo art for the TCG, we might get:
>Blaziken (confirmed anyway)>Jynx>Dragonite>HawluchaBased on fucking LOGIC:
>Mewtwo>Charizard>GreninjaSo that's a roster of 12.
If we can fit just three more into those slots on the select screen, well, who knows.
If you break it down, there's no reps for Grass-type and I do think we'll get one. What choices do we have that could work? Based on popularity and unique-playstyle, I think it might look like we're getting one of these:
>Venusaur (most popular Grass starter)>Breloom (stretchy fighter, covers Grass-typewell)>Sceptile (popular Grass starter, though against him is we already have another 3rd gen starter and the only "more than one from a gen" starter trio I can see people not being mad about is Gen 1)We're also missing a Dark or Ghost-type, which I think deserves a rep as no other mons so far revealed fit that motif, and an "Earth" Pokemon (Ground/Rock/Steel) isn't really there either
My personal best guesses for Dark-type:
>Gengar (obvious choice, mega)>Bisharp (unique, dark-type, blade combat)>Scrafty (ruffian)>Weavile (popular)>Darkrai (edgy shitlord tier, probably the most "shoe-in" dark type)>Sableye (mega, popular)>Absol (mega, edgy shitlord)>Zoroark (edgy shitlord, popular, gimmicky)And "Earth":
>Regirock (literal rocks, another left field legendary)>Golem (least likely, but cool idea)>Onix/Steelix (recognizable, unique)>Mawile (mega, popular)>Metagross (mega, popular)
