Since there are Dragons that are inspired by dinosaurs, what unused dinosaur would you like to be labeled as a Dragon type?

I can see why you might think Sceptile doesn't look agile, but I always imagined the tail as being incredibly firm and light-- sort of cardboard-esque in it's constitution.
I think it's fair to assume that's the case, given it's a plant and extemely thin. In that case, I'd say Sceptile looks pretty sanic.

But yeah, I agree, I'd totally dig a Deinonychus.

Spino, Utahraptor, and other obvious theropods should be dragons. I have no idea why you included Palkia in that pic OP. Tyrantrum is obvious, Scep is a Dilophosaurus, Dialga is a weird sauropod, but Palkia? It's clearly an owl.

Therizinosaurus with Tough Claws when?

Archeops is an archeopteryx. It's about as much of a velociraptor is as a chicken.
