in the middle of training a togepi into a togekiss, i remembered how much i loved togetic before togekiss was put into the pokedex.
remembering that, i wanted to be able to use him on a competitive team as a support.

- Heal Bell / Protect

i wasn't too sure about the EV spread, but i figured he could make a safe switch into any attack, do it's support, then yawn so i can get another safe switch unless the opponent wants to be put to sleep. protect is just an option if i want to play a pokemon with toxic/flame orb

can you tell me what you guys think? or has something similar to this already been done before?
