Is it just me or is the Venusaur level of Secret Super Training really hard? I've never bothered with Super Training before because horde training is faster but I'm collecting Ribbons for my Galvantula.

Do I just need to git gud?

You probably just need to redistribute the EVs. Super Training tends to be a bit annoying if you heavily invest in defensive stats. Anyway Venusaur is piss easy, just wait to see Vivillon.

Where to though? Currently 252 Speed and 252 Special Attack. Getting hit once basically means I have to start over, it's so annoying. ;_;

I do use it, the main problem is the rocks. The screen gets flooded so I can't dodge properly and points get knocked way down. Maybe I'm just retarded.
