fighting has taken a hit with the introduction of fairies and the ubiquity of flying types.
fairy is good but is a bit overrated. rock has accuracy issues but otherwise it's a great type that pairs well with ground so it should be higher.
>8. Ghost>9. Dark>10. Waterwater should be higher mainly for scald spam alone. it also has very powerful attackers like keldeo and m-gyarados. ghost and dark are pretty much interchangeable, but i think dark should be higher because of sucker punch and especially knock off.

Normalagree. it seems weird to put electric so low on the list but it's definitely one of the "good offensive types". it's from dragon onwards that things start to get problematic. dragon is definitely overrated. it has powerful mons and powerful moves but it's resisted/nullified by the 2 best defensive types and ice and fairy already hit dragons for SE damage.
normal is decent but lack of SE damage is disappointing.
>14. Grass>15. Steel>16. Psychic>17. Bug>18. Poisoni dont think anyone disagrees with this. too many resists, too few important targets to even bother. HP grass is fairly useful though and so is u-turn, but other than those you'll almost never see these types used as coverage.
