It is such a shitty fucking pokemon that has an absurd amount of usage for some strange fucking reason.
Everybody that uses it spams Fake Out for "MUH EPIC 10% CHIP DAMAGE XD" and fucking u-turns every second turn so it can come back for another round of Fake Out faggotry
Also it has a shit tier design, and all this adding up makes me want to blow my brains out whenever I see it
When people say this thing is bad, its REALLY BAD, but is still clinging onto RU because shitters keep using it
