2. Ghetsis - Absolute fucking madman who was the most downright evil, even screwing up his own son in the hope that he wouldn't get in the way. Oh, and only one that tried to kill you. Also PPPPEEEENNNAAANNNCCCEEE
3. Archie (ORAS) He's a pirate. Pokemon doesn't have enough pirates.
4. Maxie (ORAS) The complete polar opposite, his manner is a little obnoxious at times and not in a good way.
5. Cyrus - One of the only ones who was just fucking insane, like, you're surprised that Team Galactic isn't waging war on Cyrus' carton of breakfast milk because it spilt over the worktop. But, come on now, none of it made any fucking sense.
6. Maxie/Archie (RSE) somewhat characterless, something something summon a legendary to fuck up the climate, Maxie got sidetracked and tried to pinch rocket fuel for no reason.
