Is there anyway to prevent this fucker from setting up rocks or Intimidade and U-Turn my ass everytime?
I keep losing momentum and end up having to rely on Crippling stalling to have a offensive chance which is a pain with SR around.

I'm running Scarfed Starmie with Ice Beam, but it can't switch into a Knock Off or recive a Scarfed U-turn ( hence why i'm using Scarf with Trick, Thus I need heavy prediction to make this work. Mostly I only end up hitting a Tyranitar or a Bisharp that will Pursuit me to death). I also use Scizor to regain momentum from U-Turning last. Still, I have problems with it.

Bulky Water-Types are not an Option, they will mostly get U-turned.
