I'm surprised how fucking useless this guy was in Gen II.

You get him in the end/postgame, his Special Attack is pathetic which really doesn't help his typing at all, so the strongest shit he can muster are Slash and Iron Tail (iron tail, wtf?). Have fun wasting TMs on him, cause he's not learning absolutely anything worthwhile!
