Basically a weaker, more accurate version of Blizzard. 150 power and 100 accuracy in Hail.

In order to maintain a low body temperature, the user expels all of its excess body heat into its surroundings. This attack inflicts Fire-type damage.

Basically, after taking STAB into account, Fire-types get Ice Beam and Ice-types get Flamethrower. Both moves behave like their listed types in weather. STAB Antipode (Fire) is functionally identical to a 135 BP Ice-type coverage move in Strong Sunlight, while Antipode (Ice) does not lose power in Rain. Antipode (Ice) will also bypass Flash Fire and Heatproof.

I think these are beginning to cross a line that maybe shouldd not be crossed, because it will just convolute stuff in the future.

Yeah, the physical/special split was fantastic and necessary, but if we do something like this, soon every attack will have a specific input and output type, a side effect that makes it effective to certain types (see Freeze Dry) or just secondary types in general (see Flying Press).
I mean, I realyl am for more depth in Pokemon movesets, but with stuff like this the actual typing will get less and less important because everything will be about special clauses and side effects.

Maybe I am just getting old.

I like this idea for an ability I read somewhere else:

Lightening Reflexes: ignores priority of opponent's moves.
Though this would be kinda weird in doubles. Another idea was just making priority moves have no effect on this mon, but that would kinda be overdoing it. Though a funny Talonflame counter.

No, you do raise a valid point. There's a reason why moves like Fire Punch and Steel Wing and Scald weren't amended into dual-type moves like Flying Press, after all. The idea behind Antipode is to recast Fire and Ice as "Hot" and "Cold" types, however, it would make more sense to just use the processes described in Antipode to justify giving Fire and Ice-types better access to each other's moves, along the lines of how most Water-types get Ice-moves for coverage. Antipode would really only work out as the signature moves of a pair of Legendary Pokemon.

I had an idea for a kinda broken ability also called Adrenaline - Every time this pokemon is hurt from passive damage (Poison/Toxic,Burn, Confusion recoil, Weather, Hazards, Leech Seed etc. But not Life Orb recoil from attacks like take down) it gains a +1 to a random stat.

Don't really know a name yet, but it should have something to do with reading the opponent's mind, but Mindreader and Future Sight already exist. Maybe Perceiver, or Perceiving Strike or somthing? Sounds good enough?

Conserve: Has a 30% chance to not use PP when a move is used, can ignore pressures effects.
Getaway: Pokemon is able to escape from all forms of trapping
Outpace: Pokemon ignores +1 priority if they're naturally faster than the opponent

The first 3 are really good, they remind me of the better ones from gen 3 when abilities were new but very few had outrageous or complicated effects.
The last 2 are good as well. Healthtaker on a Sweeper would be devastating, as would Energy Build on a U-turner.
