Is this best Pikachu? I hated Pikachu in general, but find this design easy to like - maybe because they made it look a bit more realistic and adult-like, similar to a real-life rabbit.

I'm really looking forward to what they do with the shoo-in Charizard.

I'm maybe overeacting to a joke, but, man, it's great to see a temperamental Pikachu for once in a game. The usualy depiction of Pikachu is a cute bland and nice pet. When Ashnime Pikachu was a bitch in the beginning nobody cried over his "edgyness", because it wasn't. A pokemon with tempers is always refreshing when you see that usually they just don't have any, so yeah... I love Mishima's Pikachu... That will surely be called Edgechu by most of /vp/, that's kinda sad

Way too common on VGC teams, only the Y print is usable in TCG compared to the X print
Featured on a bunch of logos without X.

Show me X's merchandise line, because Y has one. Flashfire TCG set was basically having people choose between X and Y and the fans chose Y, gamefreak responded accordingly. Only relevance X has left is mega evolution episode and Smash, both non-canon side series which started development when GF thought X was gonna be more popular. Everything starting after has been rushing Yzard at us.

I honestly miss Xzard. It's like having people say Jigglypuff is popular outside of smash at all
