A quick question. So I'm trying to make a crobat for uses...

Sleep talk
Cross poison

If I use Acrobatics with a flying gem, when the flying get gets used will the attack count as not having an item during the attack? So I can have my Acrobatics at 110dam with the 1.3x from flying gem?

Sorry if I'm confusing I'm just curious

Nope, the first time Acrobatics is only boosted by the gem.

The gem is consumed before the move checks for an item. Flying gem + acrobatics will get both the gem boost and the boost for having no item.

flying gem isn't available gen 6, so use brave bird and black sludge

also, taunt + sleep talk is a silly combination, replace one of them for best results

cross poison is a largely pointless coverage move, outside of hitting electric types (it wouldn't do much anyway and you should be switching out) and pure fairy types (it doesn't make much of a difference here either).

super effective cross-poison has a base power of 210, vs brave bird's bp of 180

252 Atk Crobat Cross Poison vs. 252 HP / 220+ Def Sylveon: 174-206 (44.1 - 52.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Crobat Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 220+ Def Sylveon: 148-175 (37.5 - 44.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

i'd replace cross-poison with roost or u-turn
