If you don't stock on Antidotes you'll have to back track a lot. Nidoran is immune to it, but it will take ages to kill with your own Poison Sting.

It's not because you replayed knowing all the mechanics of Gen I, Mons locations, Trainer's levels and strategies that the game is piss easy just like actual Gen.
