You did that too.

Pt. had the Undergound, which was an upgraded Secret Base (even had Capture the Flag long before OR/AS did) on top of the Villa which you had to spend obscene amount of money to maintain, but was awesome because as you did build it up, characters would show up up and have little interactions and scenes with you.
