I'd go with Iron Head on principal, but I've never ran Scarf so I have no idea. You'll probably be spamming head smash right?

Maybe try Rockpolish or something. I don't think scarf aggron is faster.

Well the two would have different purposes, really. Scarf would be for revenge and just ramming holes in weaker or slower mons, whereas a Rock Polish set is a setup sweeper, most likely late-game

Bad idea. If you're going to use you mega slot, you have to make the most out of filter. Put at least 236 EV in SpDef. And if you're RestTalking, you only have to coverage moves. You can't afford to use heavy slam over the more reliable iron head.
