This one strikes me more as an error, although I also think she wears none.

I remember I was suspicious about her having no panties since her early appearances. For a while OPs pic was generally considered canon in the fandom, at least from what I remember. I believed it too, but it didn't seem to match up. I couldn't really explain it.
