I was just writing this out actually.

To get your secret ID, you need to have injected at least one pokemon to your game.
A file called 'injectiondebug.bin' will be created on the card, move this to a folder on your computer where it will be on it's own.

Open up the PKHeX program and click 'tools' and then 'load/dump boxes' then press Yes on the box that pops up. Navigate to the folder that your 'injectiondebug.bin' file is in and hit okay, then hit yes on the box that pops up.
A separate area will appear on the side of the program showing all the pokemon you have in the boxes in your game, right click one that you have caught yourself in that game and clicck view. When you go to the OT/Misc tab, your trainer ID and secret ID will both be displayed.

Does this include all event pokemon, or just legendaries? I was wanting to make a Minato Mirai surfing Pikachu, but I wasn't sure how to handle the P/T/S IDs. I know what the TID is (08094) but it won't input the first 0 correctly.

How long does it take to inject multiple pokemon approximately?
Also are the legendaries genned legit? I'll probably use this for VGC and even though they're pretty lax with this, still don't want them to be obvious

This means the pokemon file wasnt accessable.

either:

you didn't choose the right file type (it needs to be .ekx)

or

you didn't rename the file to pokemon.ekx

or

you didn't put it in the right location (root of your SD card)

Try just using 'File' Then 'Open' then navigate to the injectiondebug.bin
The first method worked earlier for me but isn't now and the second didnt work earlier but is now. Not sure what is up with that, but the newer way is easier

It's an error on your behalf, either you saved it wrong (needs to be saved as "pokemon.ekx"), or an error in PKHeX. Sometimes I get bad eggs even when I think I've done everything correctly, just turn it off and try again!

Wait if I understand this right - this is a way how to gen pokemon with just one 3DS and just any SD card reader?

Are those pokemon considered as legal by the game? (That is if I dont make them illegal on purpose with illegal movesets/ball combinations etc.) do they have the pentagon thing?

Yes, all you need is a card reader and a single DS.
And yes, they are considered legal, I tested a few in the GTS and it was fine. Just don't give them illegal movesets/abilities and you should be fine.

the file was the thundurus from https://www.mediafire.com/folder/6fvi49a4adzau/EKX , i changed it to thundurus.ehx, should i not have done that? also pkhex wasn't opening with wine (said error: too many threads) so i just put the file directly onto the sd card with the code.bin. feel free to call me a retard & let me know what i've done wrong

Did you make sure to put the debug.bin into a seperate folder?
It will try reading the genned mon first for some reason.

I've been going through my boxes and it looks like memories can be just about anything. If they're untouched, meaning boxed right away, their memory is being caught. After they're in your party, it looks like it can change randomly. I could definitely be wrong though.

Remember to trade these Pokemon you create, that can be traded, over on Pokemon Showdown! Especially in their Wi-Fi. They could use a new e-commerce boost, so why not go help them out?

And through General as well, in fact, just create a trade over Wonder Trade, everywhere across the net. No longer restricted by the silly notion of breeding or needing to purchase expensive equipment (to some). How I do enjoy a happy ending.

Appreciate it, but pkhex won't let me input the T and SIDs correctly. It won't let me input the first 0(s), so 08094 shows up at 8094 and 00040 shows up as 40. Unless that's working as intended?

I'm able to confirm the KazoWAR method works. Not only does it work, but it lets you edit your existing pokemon in your boxes, allowing you to find your own SID, and edit your existing pokemon to your heart's content.

Latest Handler means who is the last person to have it, which would be you, so yeah use your OT, unless you're genning an egg, in which case leave it blank. Latest Handler is for pokemon you want to mark as having been traded to you.

This is what I did:
1.- Put both code.bin and pokemon.ekx in the SD card root.
2.- Put card back in 3DS
3.- Turn on console
4.- Open the game, to to the PC, open the box and close it.
5.- Go home without closing the game, go to the site loadcode.projectpokemon.org
6.- Browser crashes, resume game and go to Box 1 slot 1
7.- There's nothing there.

It's a fuck ton easier. I just have to go to settings between uploads and clear out the Web app's cache. Follow the instructions and you're good.
